How much can I take?
Like many other medicinal plants, ashwagandha can produce different effects at different dosages. While lower dosages are energizing, higher dosages can have a relaxing, even sedative effect.
Each Uplift booster contains 12mL of fermented ashwagandha, equivalent to 288mg of dried plant material and was formulated to have—just that—an uplifting effect, improving focus, mood, and cognitive ability, and helping you feel lighter, clearer, and more alive to the world around you. Consume up to 4 bottles per day.
As with most adaptogens, the benefits of ashwagandha use compound with consistent use, as the body better learns how to process and integrate the plants’ therapeutic compounds.
