Shipping, cancellation and returns policies

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Herbertlabs.com offers free standard shipping on orders of $65 or more, not including discounts and tax to locations across Canada, excluding remote and airstage locations.

For orders below $65 or to remote locations, charges will be seen at checkout.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently ship to most Canadian postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All shipments will be delivered by the courier stated on your shipping confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment via the courier's website. Delivery standard begins once the courier has processed the parcel at their facility.
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are subject to parcel destination.

TRACKING STATUS

Your tracking number may take 2-3 days to update online after the initial scan is completed by the courier.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.

TAXES

All taxes will be applied subject to federal and provincial tax legislation.

CANCELLATIONS

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our product, we do not allow returns once the item has shipped from our warehouse.

If you received a product from herbertlabs.com that is defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item or a refund, please follow the following steps within 7 days of receiving the order:

1. Email us at bewell@herbertlabs.com

2. Please include your order number

3. Please outline the damage or issue with the product

4. In the email, include photos of the damaged or defective items

Once we receive your email, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm if an exchange or refund is possible. These will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours.

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bewell@herbertlabs.com.
